Website Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the website. Individual quotations and contracts contain the binding specification, price, payment and project terms for each order.
Website operator
The website is operated by March Oaks Construction Ltd, trading as Bespoke Tower Clocks. Complete legal identity and contact information must be entered in the website business settings before publication.
Information, not a binding quotation
Website descriptions, dimensions, images, visualisations, starting prices and examples are general information. They do not form a binding offer or specification. Every project is subject to written confirmation, suitability review and a formal quotation.
Starting prices
“From” prices apply only to the stated base specification. Clocks, controls, illumination, delivery, installation, lifting, structural work, planning, taxes and bespoke changes are additional unless expressly included in writing.
Images and visualisations
Images labelled as design visualisations are illustrative and must not be treated as photographs of completed customer projects. Timber, lead, copper, coatings and handmade details naturally vary.
Project responsibilities
The customer is responsible for accurate information about the building and site and for appointing competent professionals to confirm planning, structural support, roof integration, waterproofing, access, lifting and electrical work unless those services are included in our written scope.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, drawings, designs and images are owned by or licensed to the website operator. They may not be copied, manufactured from or used commercially without written permission.

Links to third-party suppliers or information are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided on an information basis and we are not liable for decisions made without obtaining project-specific written advice.
