UK Installation
Where practical, we can quote to install the tower within the UK. The scope depends on location, access, roof height, lifting requirements and whether supporting or waterproofing works are included.
Scaffolding, cranes, road closures, structural engineering and specialist roofing works are identified separately where required.
International projects
Worldwide Delivery
Overseas orders are securely packed and shipped to the agreed destination. Installation is normally completed by the customer’s local competent contractor using our product information.
Export packing, freight, import charges, local compliance and offloading arrangements are confirmed on a project-by-project basis.
Planning, Structure and Responsibility
A rooftop turret can alter the appearance, loading and weatherproofing of a building. The property owner is responsible for obtaining project-specific planning, listed-building, Building Regulations and structural advice where required.
We are responsible for the tower as specified and supplied. The receiving building, support frame, roof opening, flashings, waterproof integration, lifting operation and site electrical work remain the responsibility of the appointed project professionals unless explicitly included in our written scope.

Can my own roofer or builder install the turret?
Yes. Most supply-only projects can be installed by a competent roofer, builder or joiner using the drawings and installation information supplied with the tower.
Do you install clock towers?
Optional installation is available within the UK, subject to location, access, lifting requirements and the preparedness of the receiving roof structure.
Who is responsible for the supporting roof structure?
The customer and their appointed building professionals are responsible for confirming the building and support structure are suitable. We provide product dimensions, weight and fixing information for use by the project team.
Will I need planning permission?
Requirements depend on the building, location, scale of alteration and any listed or conservation status. The property owner should obtain project-specific planning and Building Regulations advice before installation.
How are overseas orders supplied?
Export projects are assessed individually. We can arrange protective packing and international freight, while installation is undertaken by the client’s competent local contractor using the supplied information.
