Use of this website
Website Terms and Conditions
Terms governing use of this website, including visualisations, intellectual property, project information and website availability.
Version date: 18 August 2026

2. Acceptance of these terms
By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These terms may be updated. The version published when you use the website applies to that use. An order is governed by the version of the Customer Terms supplied and incorporated into its Contract.
3. Website information is not a binding offer
Website descriptions, dimensions, starting prices, lead times, photographs, visualisations, options and examples provide general information.
They do not create a binding quotation or guarantee that a particular design, component, price or delivery date is available.
Every project is subject to suitability review, written Specification, formal Quotation and Order Confirmation.
4. Starting prices and taxes
A ‘from’ price applies only to the base specification stated with it. Clock equipment, controls, illumination, delivery, installation, lifting, support work, planning, taxes and bespoke changes are additional unless expressly included.
Any VAT treatment will be stated in the Quotation. Consumer-facing total prices will include VAT where VAT is chargeable.
5. Images and visualisations
Images labelled as design visualisations are illustrative concepts and are not photographs of completed customer projects.
Natural timber, lead, copper, handmade details, colours and proportions may appear different in a finished product because every binding order is governed by its own Specification.
You must not treat a visualisation as a construction drawing or use it to manufacture a product.
6. No planning, structural or professional advice
General website information about planning, structure, installation, materials or maintenance is not project-specific professional advice.
A property owner must obtain competent planning, structural, building-control, roofing, electrical and other advice appropriate to the building and location.
We do not guarantee that a project will receive permission or approval.
7. Intellectual property
The website, branding, logo, text, photographs, graphics, layouts, drawings, visualisations, product designs and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal evaluation of a potential project.
You must not, without written permission:
- copy or republish a substantial part of the website;
- remove copyright or branding notices;
- use a design to manufacture or procure a competing product;
- scrape or harvest content, prices or contact information;
- use images or text commercially; or
- represent our work as your own.
8. Permitted and prohibited use
You must use the website lawfully.
You must not:
- introduce malware, malicious code or harmful material;
- attempt unauthorised access to the website, server, database or user data;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the website;
- submit false, abusive, defamatory or unlawful material;
- impersonate another person or organisation; or
- use enquiry facilities for spam, unsolicited sales or automated submissions.
9. Enquiries and uploaded or supplied content
Information submitted through a form or email must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You retain ownership of photographs, plans and materials supplied by you, but give us permission to use them as reasonably necessary to assess, quote and perform the requested project.
Do not submit material that you are not entitled to share or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used.
10. Website availability and security
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary.
Although we take reasonable security measures, no website can be guaranteed completely secure or free from bugs. You should use appropriate security and backup measures on your own device.
11. External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices or services.
A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.
12. Linking to this website
You may link fairly and lawfully to the homepage or a relevant public page, provided the link does not damage our reputation, imply an association that does not exist or frame the website misleadingly.
We may withdraw linking permission where reasonably necessary.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For Consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these website terms or failure to use reasonable care, but not for business losses arising from Consumer use.
For Business Users, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data arising solely from use or unavailability of the public website.
We are not liable for a decision to proceed with structural or building work based only on general website information without project-specific written advice.
14. Privacy and cookies
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Storage and access technologies are explained in our Cookie Policy.
15. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
A Business User agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. A Consumer may use any court available under mandatory Consumer jurisdiction rules.
