Our commitment
We want customers and website visitors to be able to understand our products, request information and communicate with us without unnecessary barriers.
Website accessibility
We aim to use clear headings, readable contrast, descriptive links, meaningful image alternative text, keyboard-accessible controls and responsive layouts.
Some architectural visualisations, technical drawings or third-party content may not yet be fully accessible. Contact us if you need the information in another form.
Alternative formats and reasonable adjustments
We will consider reasonable requests for larger-print documents, plain-text email copies, telephone explanation, additional time to review a quotation, communication through an authorised representative or another adjustment relevant to the enquiry or service.

Workshop visits
Workshop visits are by prior appointment. Tell us in advance if access or communication arrangements are required so we can assess what is reasonably possible and safe.
